You could previously create users in bulk by uploading a CSV file (typically done during implementation) but you could not easily mass edit them later if their CRM usernames or roles changed.
We have added a feature to allow you to bulk update your users (much like you could already do with prospects) during a CSV import of user data. If you import a user with an email that already exists in our system, it will update that existing user rather than just ignoring it. However if you attempt to update an archived user it will still ignore any changes and will not unarchive it or attempt to create a new user.
Thanks to one of our clients for having 700+ sales users that needed to be updated. That spurred us to release this quickly!
