Aptly themed “Lead From Within,” this year’s Connections conference revolved around the idea that marketers are leading the customer revolution by embracing a more customer-centric way of thinking. And with over 5,000 marketers in attendance and no shortage of inspiring speakers and insightful breakout sessions, the event was a huge success.
