Starting in February 2019, Pardot will be fully powered by Lightning and Einstein. Here are the two big things to expect with these enhancements:
Einstein Campaign Insights provides real-time data analysis.
Einstein Campaign Insights helps marketers understand which factors drive campaign performance without having to sift through reams of data manually.
For example, these insights showcase which personas or geographical regions are most engaged so marketers can optimize their campaigns over time. These insights can also highlight campaigns that are not driving asset engagement and ultimately uncover new audiences that could be relevant for future campaigns.
Einstein Behavior Scoring tracks key buying signals.
Einstein Behavior Scoring identifies prospects demonstrating buying signals, such as interacting with website and email campaigns, and scores them based on engagement patterns. Einstein automatically taps into Engagement History in Pardot and sales activity data to determine which prospects are most likely to become customers in the future. This is a huge change, since marketers won’t need to write new rules to increase potential prospects’ scores based on the actions they take.
While these two product enhancements are currently in beta for the rest of 2018, get ready to experience them first-hand in February 2019.
