Pardot Corporate Culture at Elevate 2011

Today we wrapped up our second annual Pardot User Conference, called Elevate 2011 in the Midtown area of Atlanta. The event, more than double the size of last year’s, brought together employees, customers, partners, and prospects. User conferences are a great way to share experiences and best practices as well as an opportunity to get to know people in the community.

For Pardot team members, we do most of our work over the phone and Internet without ever seeing customers and partners in person. Our conference is especially valuable as it allows us to meet with people face-to-face and develop a stronger relationship. There really is no substitute for looking someone in the eyes while talking.

The thing I’m most proud of with Pardot is the strong corporate culture we’ve built. Internally, our focus is on three core values that are central to our hiring process and corporate approach:

Elevate 2011 proved to be a great place to express the culture we’ve built. I personally had a dozen people come up to me and comment on how nice and helpful our team members are as well as how much they enjoyed the event. Great people all around make for a great event. I can’t wait for next year’s conference.
