Beginning in October: New advanced webinar series!

I receive tons of awesome feedback on training, such as the need for more focused webinars. I’m excited to announce that, beginning in October, we are launching a webinar series that will focus on specific concepts, best practices, or advanced functionality within Pardot!  These 30-minute webinars will be held twice a month and we have plenty of topics planned through the end of the year.

Pardot allows you to grade a prospect by matching criteria that is important to your company so you can use a combination of score (based on implicit activities) and grade (based on explicit information) to better qualify leads for your sales team. In this webinar, TJ Gephart (Implementation Manager) will guide administrative and marketing users on how to tackle building grading criteria and the best way to execute grading within Pardot.

Using features such as automation rules and completion actions, key content and activity can have a greater impact on your prospects’ scores and thus on your qualification process. In this webinar for administrative and marketing users, Derek Grant (Senior VP of Sales) will demonstrate the breadth of scoring capability within Pardot and how to best identify “Exceptional Activities” as buying signals.

This is the beginning of what will be a great addition to our training resources. We will continue to have our biweekly webinar, Pardot Basics, to introduce new users or provide a refresher for existing clients while this new webinar series will help dive deeper into best practices and Pardot.
