Concept
You can now click on a prospect’s score to drill in and see exactly why he or she received that points total. Points are grouped by the type of activity (e.g. form submission, page view, etc.) and you can drill into any of them for more details.

Next up is putting the score totals into the Pardot activity view so sales reps can see the scoring reasons right inside the CRM.
Very helpful new feature – thank you Adam and Pardot team!
You bet! It will be really cool when we show this side by side with prospect activities.
This is great. The coming CRM integration will be VERY helpful for our reps.
Definitely. It will be great to see at a glance where the points come from!
Any way to select based on certain scoring activities such as “page views” > xxx.
Sorry Joy, can you expand on that? Did you mean you want to be able to filter down to only see certain scoring activities or did you mean you want to be able to assign points based on a scenario like what you just mentioned.
This is great! Two questions:
1) Will there be a date tied to the activity? eg. White paper download on March 1, 2011
2) Will the score breakdown be available in the Pardot activities pane in Salesforce? Will it be a separate iframe, or will it be mixed in with the activities?
Chantelle,
Glad you like it!
1) Yes – If you drill into each category in the breakdown, you’re able to see the individual activities including the date of each
2) The next step is mixing in the score with the existing activities view in Salesforce. As Adam mentioned at the bottom of the blog post, we’re planning on adding a new column to the activity table that will expose the score for each individual activity in both Pardot and the CRM.
