We noticed that several of our clients were creating rules to easily act on unassigned prospects. To do this, they were using Assigned User rules and listing all of their users such as:
- Prospect is not assigned to User A
- Prospect is not assigned to User B
- Prospect is not assigned to User C
To make this idea a lot less cumbersome we have added an Assignment Status rule (e.g. is assigned / is not assigned). Now you can accomplish this idea with one simple line.
This rule type is available for both Automation Rules and Segmentation Rules.
