How will I be billed?

The credit card or ACH information that you have on file will be billed monthly based on your account type. A receipt will be sent to the email address you have on file as your billing contact. Contact your account representative or send an email to billing (at) pardot.com to make any changes to your billing information.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in your Acceptance Form, Prospect Insight is month to month and you may upgrade or cancel your account at any time.
