Gartner Positions Salesforce (Pardot) as Leader in Lead Management for Third Consecutive Year

Successful relationships with today’s customers require empathy and meaningful connections. 84% percent of customers say the experience a company provides is as important as its products and services. Salesforce Pardot, built on Salesforce Customer 360, is the center of gravity for companies looking to elevate the customer experience and align their Marketing, Sales and Service teams. When these teams are aligned, marketing is able to tailor every touch point, partner with sales to accelerate deal cycles, and collaborate with service teams to grow customer relationships.

For the third year in a row, Gartner positioned Salesforce as a Leader in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management!

“Salesforce Pardot continues to invest in new product innovations around account-based personalization, artificial intelligence, advanced reporting and extensibility to better connect with third party applications. We’re continuing to gather feedback from our customers to ensure that their voices are driving the future of Pardot’s innovations,” said Michael Kostow, Pardot SVP and GM.

We believe we have been named a Magic Quadrant Leader by Gartner because of our strengths in predictive analytics, advanced reporting, and our ability to enable companies of all sizes and complexities to scale on a single, unified platform. Our newest offering, Pardot Premium, is tailor made for complex distributed organizations and enables them to digitally transform and scale their marketing efforts.

On top of that, Salesforce AppExchange offers over 5,000 apps and 1,000 service providers, helping extend the functionality of the Pardot platform.

When asked what’s next for Pardot in a recent Twitter Q&A, Pardot Co-Founder, EVP & GM, Adam Blitzer, highlighted 3 key areas of focus:

  • “We are continuing to bolster our marketing AI capabilities;
  • Another focus is around platform extensibility;
  • And last, but not least, expanding enterprise capabilities – not only for big companies, but also for complex distributed organizations.”
