Yesterday concluded Pardot’s second annual user’s conference, Elevate 2011, a three day event held at the W Atlanta ? Midtown Hotel. Topping the success of last year’s conference seemed impossible, but with almost triple the attendance and several sessions with standing room only, we feel pretty great about this year’s event.
In accordance with the response from last year’s attendees, this year’s conference focused on product-specific hints, real customer case studies and tips in addition to marketing and sales best practices. Several sessions, including “Developing Customer-Centric Content” (presented by Scott Armstrong and Nolin LeChasseur from BrainRider) and “Killer Drip Campaigns” (presented by Pardot’s own Mathew Sweezey) attracted over 150 attendees. All sessions were recorded and will be made available to everyone shortly.
For Pardot staff, the most exciting part of Elevate 2011 was the opportunity to meet and interact with our clients. Monday night’s welcome cocktail at the W and Tuesday night’s happy hour at Front Page News allowed staff members the chance to visit face-to-face with clients with whom we had previously interacted through phone and email. Getting to know attendees on a more personal level only reaffirmed our suspicions that Pardot has some of the best clients a business could ask for, and we hope our clients enjoyed these social events as much as we did.
Thanks again to everyone who participated and made Elevate 2011 a valuable experience! We realize that many clients flew cross country (and even the world!) for this conference and we hope that you got as much out of it as we did. We also want to give another big thanks to our fantastic sponsors (GoodData, Wakefly, SugarCRM, Audaxium, ReadyTalk and Olark) who helped make this conference possible.
