Dreamforce 2017 has begun! Day 1 was extraordinary: full of energy, excitement and learning as over 130,000 attendees arrived in San Francisco ready to get started on the biggest adventure of the year.
We opened our B2B Marketing Station in the Pied Piper at the Palace Hotel to a line of eager B2B Marketers ready for networking …and breakfast. Our Pawdot puppies arrived shortly after and stole the show in our B2B Marketing Lookout in the Presidio. From labs to schnauzers, we had puppies of all kinds – and all ages. As our B2B Marketing trailblazers queued up to learn tips and tricks for Salesforce Engage, Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics, they cuddled with the most sweet tempered puppies in the Pawdot Puppy pen – and we had no less than 2 adoptions by the end of the day!
In the B2B Marketing Station, our Sherpa Station kept busy offering 1:1 consultations for marketers wanting to dig a little deeper in their Pardot instance. As they came in they were treated to s’mores, lanterns, and Pawdot Puppy Tees!
Top Highlight: We had over 800 Trailblazers come through the B2B Marketing Station, and we raised over $1000 to donate to the SPCAI.
The Welcome Keynote from Marc Benioff officially opened Dreamforce in the afternoon, with a phenomenal look at Salesforce Roadmap, and the incredible things we have planned for FY19 and beyond. We were reminded of just how much of an impact learning Salesforce can have on people’s lives and careers, and moved by the stories that were shared.

To celebrate with one another afterwards, we had over 100 B2B Marketers come together at the B2B Marketing Station for our first Happy Hour, and later that night Beck rocked the stage at the Bill Graham Theater while the queue wrapped twice around the building!
