Announcing the 2014 Sales Surfboard Award Winners

Last year at Dreamforce, salesforce.com launched the Sales Surfboard Award program to celebrate Sales Cloud, Data.com, and Work.com customers’ most inspiring sales success stories of the year — and this year’s stories are more impressive than ever. When we brought the awards back for a second year, we knew we had to make them even bigger and better than before. We added six additional award categories, and Pardot customers were invited to share their stories too!

So, why surfboards? Marc Benioff, CEO of salesforce.com, holds Hawaii and its culture close to his heart. Our employees receive commemorative surfboards on their milestone anniversaries with the company, and we wanted to share this special part of our culture with our customers. We know that we wouldn’t be here without them, so these awards are a small token of our appreciation.

The 24 winning companies are record breakers, creative thinkers, and game changers who have demonstrated sales and marketing success — and six of them won for their success using Pardot! Now, without further ado, we are proud to announce this year’s winners for outstanding use of Pardot marketing automation.

Alignment All Star Award: CareerBuilder

Best Overall Commercial Business: Precor

Best Overall SMB: Mediacurrent

Drip Program Professional: Trulia

Helping Hands Award: Teach for America

Lead Optimizer Award: Xcentric

These six fabulous innovators demonstrated exceptional use of marketing automation, and we are so proud to have them as our customers. You can view a complete list of winners for all products here. Each of the winners is helping present in a session during Dreamforce 2014. If you are attending, make sure you search for these great companies to hear their stories.
