We have some really smart clients and partners that come up with great solutions to their marketing automation problems. One of our partners wrote up a case study on their solution to a file tracking issue they encountered.

While we do track downloads of non-image files that are uploaded into Prospect Insight, they wanted to keep the files within their CMS instead and still be able to track when the files were accessed.  Nice work, Andre, and thanks for sharing this with us!
