Assigning Prospects

In this elearning module, you will learn the key criteria for lead assignment, how to effectively leverage Pardot’s lead assignment features for your company’s process and the different assignment methods/actions that Pardot offers. This training module is structured into four topics. Each topic will cover a specific aspect of assigning prospects.

After completion, you will be able to manage the lead assignment process, reassign leads and manage lead ownership.
