Outlook Plug-in (Beta)
This feature allows your sales and marketing teams to use MS Outlook to send tracked emails to prospects and clients and measure response. Prospect Insight supports Outlook 2007 and Mozilla Thunderbird.
Several benefits include:
- All links are tracked, allowing you to see if your prospects click on anything. This helps you better understand their interest levels
- Once a link is clicked, all subsequent activity on your site is associated with the prospect so that you can monitor their ongoing interest level
- Any emails sent with Prospect Insight will automatically create the lead information in your integrated CRM system without any additional work if the lead is not already present
- Prospect Insight will also put a copy of the email you send into your CRM system as an archived email so that you can refer to it later
