Auto-responder Emails
The software will allow you to automatically send response emails to prospects after they have filled out certain forms. Any links included in the template are automatically rewritten and individually tracked to the prospect upon deployment. Messages can be personalized using variable tags to insert items like "first name."
This helps you automatically nurture your leads and warns you when the prospect clicks on the email link.
Auto-responders can be used for:
- Welcoming prospects to a mailing list
- Sending a link to requested materials such as a white paper
- Confirming an event registration
- Acknowledging that you'e received a prospect's inquiry and will follow up shortly
