Although a prospect may drift away from your form page and never submit their information, anything they entered in each form field is tracked and sent to you.
This allows you to generate even more leads even when the prospect does not complete the conversion.
In addition, Prospect Insight has "progressive profiling". For example, you can show fields only if other fields have already been completed. This is beneficially in progressively gathering more information as additional resources and white papers are requested from a site, without discouraging the prospect with too many fields early on.
