Pardot Launches New Training Initiative with Pardot Now
New marketing automation training program offers topic-specific sessions
In a continuing effort to provide clients with the best training possible, cloud marketing automation software leader Pardot has launched a new training program called Pardot Now. The series, which will include an additional 18 sessions each month, launched in mid-January 2012.
Each session Pardot Now session will last 30-60 minutes and be presented live by a member of the Pardot services team. Sessions will focus in on one specific aspect of Pardot usage to allow for detailed explanation of various features and best practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session.
“I’ve already learned so much from Pardot Now training sessions,” says Jennifer Dossetti, Internet Marketing Manager of Nightingale Informatix Corporation. “The trainers are very knowledgeable and the narrower topic focus allows me to pick and choose which areas I need more help with.”
Session topics will range from sending email with Pardot to creating custom reports, and everything in between. Attendees will also receive an overview of the newest features Pardot has to offer.
“The goal of these sessions is for attendees to be able to attend a topic-specific webinar, and then turn around and apply that knowledge to their own account right away,” said Nicole Hanks, Support Manager at Pardot.
“We plan to focus on a wide variety of topics so that, whether you’re new to Pardot or an existing client who would like a refresher, you’ll find a few sessions that cater to your needs,” adds Kati Newburg, Pardot’s Training Coordinator.
Additionally, Pardot has restructured the cornerstone training course, Pardot Basics. The bi-weekly training has been adjusted to allow for greater scheduling flexibility. Clients can choose to attend morning or afternoon courses and have the option to split the training into two sessions if the are unable to dedicate two hours in a single sitting.
A full schedule of training sessions can be found on the Pardot website. Sessions will also be available on-demand. All Pardot Now training is available free of cost to any Pardot client.
