From the right sidebar, you can click buttons to Contact Support or See Existing Requests. By clicking the Contact Support button, you will see a form to submit a support ticket. Clicking on the See Existing Requests button, on the other hand, will take you to http://support.pardot.com/requests. (If you’ve never logged into support.pardot.com before, you will instead be directed here to get a new password.)
From now on, you can reach our Solutions team through our Knowledge Base by visiting pardot.com/help. As we continue to grow, this will allow us to deliver the quality of service that’s expected from us, and will also give our clients a channel to see any and all existing requests.
