Introducing Pardot Professional Services

Back in early November we quietly introduced something to Pardot that we think will have a positive, lasting impact on our clients —  a professional services team.

You can see what we’re up to in the “Just the Facts” section below, but let’s take a minute to explain why we’re launching this new service. We’ll answer the three most common questions we’ve received so far.

OK, let’s get this out of the way: Is this going to cost me?

Yes, there is additional cost associated with a professional services engagement. Our timing and pricing estimates are created specifically for each client and our goal is to be as efficient and cost effective as possible in producing exceptional solutions for our clients.

Why is Pardot’s Professional Services team a good idea?

Time and/or bandwidth are huge issues for our clients. In leveraging Pardot’s Professional Services team, clients are able to utilize Pardot resources to expertly and efficiently achieve their business goals.

Additionally, by introducing a Professional Services team, we’re allowing for greater specialization and service within our organization as a whole. We’re able to respond faster to custom requests, allowing our Services, Solutions and Implementation team members to focus on their core competencies.

What if we don’t want to use Pardot’s Professional Services Team?

That’s fine! We simply want to provide another great option for our clients. If clients have an internal team or partner agency with which they’re comfortable working, that’s fine too. We’ll also continue to promote and refer business to our stellar partners as well.

Our mission is simple: to be there if and when clients need us.

In the meantime, we’ll be working on other services offerings meant to give our clients the best experience possible, while also providing the same levels of professionalism and courtesy you’ve come to expect from Pardot.
