Personalizations
Concept
Personalizations are utilized to serve up targeted call-outs based upon their profile (e.g., Tech content for Prospects who have a “Technical” Profile).

- See Administration to automatically assign Prospects to Profiles based upon form input.
Personalizations Table
The personalizations table displays the following fields:
- Name – Displays the internal description of the Personalization.
- Base Block – Identifies the default content to be displayed if a Profile is not assigned.
- Updated – Displays the date / time when the Personalization was most recently updated.
- Actions – Allows an administrator to Edit or Delete the Personalization.
Creating a Personalization
- Click the hyperlink entitled Create new personalization.
- Name - Provide a description of the Personalization.
- Campaigns - Displays a list of all available campaigns.
- Base Block - Identifies the default content to be displayed if a Profile is not assigned.
- Profiles – Identifies the call-out associated with each Profile.
- Click Add new profile to add personalizations for each unique profile.
- Create personalization - Will save the Personalization.
