Concept
Users can upload images and other files for use in campaign elements such as emails, forms, and landing pages. Uploaded files are given tracker URLs (using the client's CName).

The files table displays the following fields:
- Name – Displays the internal description of the File.
- Size - Displays the size of the File.
- Location - Displays the URL for the hosted File.
- Updated – Displays the date / time when the File was most recently updated.
- Actions – Allows an administrator to Edit or Delete the File.
Creating a File
- Click on Marketing within the left navigation and then click on Content.
- Click the hyperlink entitled Create new file.
- Name - Provide a description of the File.
- File - Click the Browse button to select the file you would like to upload.
- Upload file - Will upload the file within Prospect Insight.
Inserting an Image
Images that are hosted within Prospect Insight or on an outside server can be inserted into your campaign elements, including emails, forms, and landing pages. You have three options for inserting images in your campaign elements:
- WYSIWYG Editor
- Landing Page Builder
- HTML
For additional information on how to insert an image, see the article How do I insert images in my templates?
Inserting a Non-Image File
Once a file has been uploaded, any non-image file can be inserted within an email, form, or landing page as a link. To insert a file within these campaign elements, go to Marketing, Contents, and Files. Copy the Location URL for the file and paste the Location URL where desired. You can simply paste the link or hyperlink text with this URL. This will allow for prospects to view or download the file.
File Tracking
Downloads for all non-image files are tracked in Prospect Insight. When a file is downloaded by a Prospect, that action will appear under their Prospect Activities on their profile page. You can also click on the file Name in the files table and view tracking information in the Prospects table.
