Blocks
Users can create custom call-outs for use on the corporate website, as well as personalized call-outs based upon the profile associated with a prospect.
Blocks
The blocks interface displays the following items:
- Name – Displays the internal description of the Content Block.
- Updated – Displays the date / time when the Content Block was most recently updated.
- Actions – Allows an administrator to Edit or Delete the Content Block.
NOTE – If a component is accidentally deleted, it will be moved to the Recycle Bin, located under the Administration menu.
Creating a Content Block
- Click the hyperlink entitled Create new block.
- Name - Provide a description of the Content Block, for internal use only.
- Content - Provides a WYSIWYG Editor (What You See Is What You Get) to create the content and appearance of the call-out.
- Create block - Will save the Content Block.

Placing a Content Block on a Website
- Click the hyperlink containing the name of the Content Block.
- Select “View HTML Code”.
- Copy the appropriate section of code (with styling or without).
- Insert this HTML code into the web page at the desired location.
