Easy dashboard view alerts you if your CRM connection is disabled
Though less common with Salesforce.com users, occasionally the connection between Prospect Insight and your CRM may be lost. This means you will need to reverify the connector under your Administration module. If the connector goes down, you will now be alerted to the problem upon sign-in.
