User
A user in Prospect Insight is one who uses the hosted demand management solution. Prospect Insight requires individuals using the system to authenticate upon login for security, logging, and resource management purposes. Each user has a user account with an email address, password, full name, role, and CRM user name (if applicable).
Every user is identified by the system with his or her unique email address. A password is then used for authentication and the full name serves as contact information for the user. The role membership helps to determine the privileges and views a user has in the system and helps to establish his or her access to various system resources. CRM username (if applicable) allows data to be sent from Prospect Insight to a user's corresponding CRM system.
