Scores
A score is automatically assigned to the prospect when they convert. In addition, the score is constantly changing based on activities and interactions. The following are the default points added or subtracted:
- Form/landing page success +50 points
- Site search query +3 points
- Tracker click +3 points
- Visitor session +3 points
- Visitor page view +1 point (if not customized)
- Form/landing page error -5 points
Scores are also modified automatically according to automation rules. For example, an automation rule can be set up such that if the prospect has watched a product demo, 20 bonus points will be added to their score.
Scores are different from grades as they are based on implicit prospect activities whereas grades are based on explicit prospect profile information.
