Follow the steps below to set up the basics of your Prospect Insight account and you will be on your way to nurturing, and closing more qualified prospects.

Sales personnel who use Prospect Insight to view their assigned prospects' activity histories in much greater detail than they could in a CRM system alone.

Verify User Information

Though your account may have been set up by another administrator in your group, you may need to fill in some details to make your profile more complete.

Viewing New Prospects

As a Salesperson, you can view your new prospects in two ways: through an integrated CRM or directly in Prospect Insight.

Outlook and Thunderbird Plug-ins

Send tracked emails to prospects directly from within your MS Outlook or Thunderbird email interface.

When using Prospect Insight as a Sales Representative, it is imperative to understand the use of cookies, determining recency and frequency, determining interest, sending emails with Prospect Insight, synchronizing with the CRM system, and the overall sales "best practices".
