Once a prospect is assigned, the new prospect owner will receive an email notification as well as have a new lead record in his CRM instance. The record will contain any data captured by Prospect Insight as well as the prospect's score, grade, and a URL to quickly view the prospect's activity history.
If the assigned record already exists in the CRM and is owned by a different user, the lead information will sync and the owner in Prospect Insight will be changed to reflect the owner in the CRM. The CRM always wins this data syncing relationship.
If the account does not have an integrated CRM system, the prospect owner will receive an email and be able to view all prospect information within the Prospect Insight interface.
