How will I be billed?
The credit card that you have on file will be billed monthly based on your account type and the then current number of users allotted for your account.
How do I upgrade my Prospect Insight account?
You can upgrade your Prospect Insight account type or increase in your allotted number of users at any time. Simply contact your account representative or send an email to support (at) pardot.com and to request the upgrade.
How can I reach technical support?
The fastest way to open a support ticket is to send an email to Pardot. You will then receive a case number letting you know that your request is being addressed by the Pardot support team.
Do I need a CRM?
A CRM is not required to use Prospect Insight. Prospect Insight offers a complete web marketing automation suite independent of any CRM.
