The Last Activity field is displayed on many prospect data tables and can also be added as a field in your CRM during the connector setup. The Last Activity field is related to the prospect themselves interacting with your tracked online marketing efforts and will be updated at the time of the prospect directly taking an action such as viewing pages or clicking on a tracker link in an email. The Last Activity field will not be modified when a Pardot user performs an activity on their behalf such as sending an email.
The following activities do not trigger an update to the timestamp of the Pardot Last Activity field:
- Email HTML Open
- Email Sent (of any type)
- Email Bounce (hard or soft)
- Opportunity Created/Lost/Won
Note: An import will only modify the prospect’s Updated At field (not Last Activity)
