The Last Activity field is displayed on many prospect data tables and can also be added as a field in your CRM during the connector setup. The Last Activity field is related to the prospect themselves interacting with your Pardot-tracked online marketing efforts and will be updated at the time of the prospect directly taking an action such as viewing pages or clicking on a tracker link in an email. The Last Activity field will not be modified when a Pardot user performs an activity on their behalf such as sending an email.
The following activities do not trigger an update to the timestamp of the Pardot Last Activity field:
- Email HTML Open
- Email Sent (of any type)
- Email Bounce (hard or soft)
- Opportunity Created/Lost/Won
Note: An import will only modify the prospect’s Updated At field (not Last Activity)
