DocuSign was already using an enterprise-level marketing automation solution, but found the system too complicated for their daily tasks. Without a dedicated staff member to run the software, DocuSign was wasting time and money on a solution that did not fit their needs. The marketing team needed a more user-friendly way to manage their emails, landing pages and lead qualification process.

Pardot Solution:

DocuSign found that Pardot’s intuitive, easy-to-use interface provided functionality similar to their previous solution at a fraction of the cost and without the need for a dedicated team member. In addition, Prospect Insight offered the ability to tie-in with Salesforce.com, an important consideration for the DocuSign sales team. Pardot was able to offer a responsive, hands-on implementation and on-going support team, providing a personalized level of service.

Results:

The marketing team was able to create and launch complete campaigns, including landing pages, forms and email correspondence, ten times faster than before. The DocuSign sales team was able to continue to “live” in Salesforce.com using the AppExchange connector, with the marketing team triaging leads in Prospect Insight to ensure the best leads earned top priority. Using Prospect Insight, they were able to improve lead quality and manage their online marketing efforts in one, full-service marketing automation suite. DocuSign implemented the system very quickly and began to see value immediately.
