Another Happy Friday! We have just released another native webinar connector — this time with ReadyTalk, a terrific webinar vendor, based in Colorado. ReadyTalk is a silver sponsor at Elevate 2011, our annual users conference and will be available to demo the connector, talk about webinar best practices, and answer questions about their product.

Pardot syncs bidirectionally with ReadyTalk to seamlessly register attendees for events, report on attendance, and display and score activity all from within the Pardot marketing automation system.

Functionality:

  • Register prospects for ReadyTalk events from Pardot forms via completion actions
  • Display registrations and attendance as activities in the prospect record and score them
  • Report on registrations and attendance for ReadyTalk events
  • Automatically pull in prospects who exist in ReadyTalk but not yet in Pardot

ReadyTalk Webinar Activity

Still to come is a native connector for GoToWebinar (their API is in private beta). The work on our end is done and we just need a few tweaks to their API and we will be all set.

  1. I just took a look at ReadyTalk’s pricing, and frankly I’m a bit surprised and disappointed that they don’t offer an SMB-friendly webinar package comparable to GoTo’s $99/month option.

The connector features sound great…looking forward to the GTW version.

  2. Adam – we’ve been hearing GoToWebinar that their API will be ready soon for years. (-; You say the work on Pardot’s end is done and “we just need a few tweaks to their API and we will be all set.” When can we realistically expect to see their API working?

    Thanks!

    • Good question Robin. We heard last week last week and this week this week. :-)

We use GoToWebinar ourselves so we are of course eager to see it happen. I’ll post another update on the idea exchange at the end of the day tomorrow with any news. Thanks!
