Pardot at Dreamforce: The Highlights

Dreamforce Day 1

Yesterday, Dreamforce 2016 got off to an amazing start and painted downtown San Francisco blue and white with clouds all over, and Pardot was no different. We opened the doors to our B2B Marketer’s Cafe in The Grove Yerba Buena for the second year in a row.

blakemarkhamA crowd of B2B marketers joined us at 8am yesterday morning for the Women’s leadership breakfast hosted by Jillian Mansolf (CMO, Xirrus Wi-Fi), Shannon Duffy (SVP of Marketing, Salesforce), and Kimberly Seabrook (AVP of Sales, Salesforce). In our very first session on Day 1, these marketing and sales trailblazers shared their amazing personal stories of how they came to be in where they are.

We kept the momentum going with the Pardot Roadmap Session. Adam Kintner, Product Management Manager and Blake Markham VP of Product Management took the stage to talk about the future of Pardot. We’ve got our eyes firmly fixed on a future where emails – the backbone of B2B marketing – are smarter. More efficient, more targeted, more likely to land in the right inbox, and get in front of the right pair of eyes at the right time.

Dreamforce Day 2

Today, the morning sessions at the B2B Marketer’s cafe opened to a line down the street. Attendees joined a gathering of B2B marketing leaders as they talked through some of the top trends and technologies influencing the industry right now, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), the newest martech, and marketing to millennials.

Automation for Marketing & Sales gave fans new and old a look at who we are, and how we can help. From bringing your sales and marketing teams together, to connecting with buyers.

We also took a look the 2016 State of Marketing report in session hosted by Mathew Sweezey to see how the trends have panned out over the course of the year and what we can predict for 2017.
